Well, our intent was to do it about 4 times a year. How hard could that be? — we thought to ourselves.

But if you check the Newsletter archives, you'll see gaps of up to a year. The complaints we get aren't about too much email from us...

...actually, the emails we get are more like this:

 but still haven't gotten a single one. Wussup wit dat?".
